2. Orders and Preorders

Most products sold on the Site are made-to-order through a preorder production process. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

The product is not held in stock and is manufactured after the preorder window closes
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in our Preorder Policy, and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates
Order cancellations are only accepted within the window stated in our Preorder Policy, after which the order has been submitted to production and cannot be cancelled or modified

We reserve the right to limit or cancel order quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing or product information.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in €EUR and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is processed at the time of order placement through our payment provider(s).
You confirm that any payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our [Shipping Policy]. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, though we remain available to assist with any delivery issues as described in our Shipping and Return policies.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our [Return and Refund Policy], available on the Site. Please review it carefully before ordering, particularly regarding size selection, as incorrect size selection by the customer is not eligible for return.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to product designs, graphics, logos, photographs, images, and text (the "Content"), is the property of NYSTORM.CO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

Reproduce, copy, or manufacture any product design sold by NYSTORM.CO
Use, copy, download, or repost any photographs or images from the Site to market, advertise, or sell any product other than the genuine NYSTORM.CO product depicted
Use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorisation

Any unauthorised use of our Content may result in legal action.
